I made the mistake of placing an order for two commercial roll up doors with these people. I gave them a depost. Six... weeks went by,I would call and check on the status of the order,all I got was the run around. Then I find out that my mother is dying so I had to leave the state. Called them to cancel the order,and asked if I could get my deposit back. They said they would send me a check,minus $50 processing fee. I have never received a check. So I basically just donated to the Williams door company. I would never recommend this place to anyone.i only put 1 star because I has to do that to post this. There are no negative stars.read more

Our 20 year old garage door opener broke on Friday morning at 10:30 am. I called Williams Door Co. and spoke with Amy.... She was able to send a technician by the name of Stephen shortly after lunch. Stephen installed a new door opener and even programmed our built in car remote. He gave us thorough information about the new opener. Excellent service, highly recommend Williams Door Company. We did about 5-10 doors a week for this company last year, and They are refusing to pay us $5880.00 for (4) door installs we completed in December of 2022.read more

Over the years I have dealt with a number of companies, and far too many of them have been after a quick buck. I am... moving and it seems that a number of small things have been breaking which has been driving me nuts. One of the things was the garage door opener. It starts to close than acts like it hit something and reverses. I had oiled everything and tightened the chain, but nothing seemed to work, so I called Williams to see what they could do. They had an appointment for the next day and booked me, but before they let me go, they asked me specifically what was happening. After I described the problem, the technician suggested that perhaps the sensors were out of alignment and suggested I try adjusting them and it that fixed it, call them back and cancel the appointment.IT WORKED!!!!! They could have just come out, adjusted the sensors and charged me for a visit, which has been my experience with a lot of companies. It is refreshing to find an honest company. I would highly recommend this company if you are having a problem with your garage door.read more

Came home late on the coldest night of the year, so far, and garage door wouldn’t open. The springs had broken. Called... Williams Door company after hours and received a text immediately. Williams Door did a great job repairing our garage door! It had hit a broom while coming down and a cable broke. I... had a different company come out and they told me the door was too old to repair and I would have to replace all parts for a total of $862.00! I called Williams Door for a second opinion and they repaired the door for a total of $98.50 and had the parts with them. It was done in less than an hour! Great job - thank you 🙂 Definitely recommend them.read more
